We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Global Operations Finance team. As part of the FP&A function, you will play a key role in financial reporting, analysis, and business support for critical teams across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the FP&A Manager and Global Operations leadership with financial insights and reporting.
  • Deliver monthly financial updates to leadership and business partners, offering analysis and guidance to support decision-making.
  • Lead monthly accounting activities, including actuals, variance analysis, and risk/opportunity assessments.
  • Drive the quarterly forecasting and annual planning processes.
  • Manage global cost allocations for the Global Operations organization.
  • Track and report on productivity initiatives.
  • Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed.
  • Actively look for opportunities to improve and standardize finance processes and reporting tools.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline.
  • Actively pursuing a professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and deliver insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus.
