Role & Responsibilities
As a Client Services Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing relationships with key clients, primarily within the SaaS and tech sectors. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, growth, and the delivery of high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of 5–10 clients, representing approximately £60,000–£120,000 in total revenue per month.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact.
- Collaborate with SEO Managers and other specialists to deliver on client objectives.
- Identify opportunities for upselling services and increasing client spend.
- Oversee contract renewals and ensure client retention.
- Monitor and report on performance, providing actionable insights to clients.
Your Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in client or account management within an agency setting.
- Demonstrated experience managing SaaS or tech industry clients.
- Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles (desirable).
