We are seeking talented individuals to join our expanding team to deliver Levy and Commercial programmes to clients in the North East.
Role Overview: The successful candidate will have experience in Leadership & Management, delivering Level 3 & 5 programmes, and possess skills in people management, performance driving, coaching, mentoring, conflict management, change management, business finance, and project management.
Responsibilities include delivering bespoke commercial leadership training and managing a caseload of learners.
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions, face-to-face and remotely.
- Develop leadership skills aligned with business objectives and prepare learners for assessments.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and stakeholder engagement.
- Manage training delivery, including scheme of work, lesson plans, and learning materials.
- Support learners in developing functional skills in Maths and English, ensuring timely achievement.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, share best practices, and contribute to quality improvements.
- Assess learner progress, develop individual learning plans, and provide developmental feedback.
- Plan and manage own schedule effectively.
- Uphold standards of qualification and promote equality, diversity, safeguarding, and health & safety.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Substantial experience in delivering commercially focused workshops and designing teaching plans.
- Minimum 3 years industry experience in Leadership & Management.
- Experience with apprenticeship standards and project planning.
- Level 3 Teaching qualification (e.g., CTLLS) and Level 2 or above in Maths and English.
- Desirable: Assessing and IQA qualifications.
Additional Requirements:
- Satisfactory DBS clearance.
- Valid driving license.
- Flexibility to meet GEM Partnership requirements.
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 plus car allowance, depending on experience.
