Commercial Graduate (Graduate Specialist Program)

Our trainee programme as a "Commercial Graduate Specialist" is your career start in an internationally successful company. In 18-24 months, you will pass through specialist departments in our plant in Glenrothes and abroad that are individually tailored to you.

What will you be doing?

• To acquire an in-depth insight and understanding of the Financial Controlling, Supply Chain and Human Resources function within Bosch Rexroth with the possibility of being placed in various areas finance, Supply Chain / Purchasing and Human Resources.
• To provide support to the Commercial team, including Commercial, Business Intelligence & CRM, Supply Chain, Human Resources and Customer Service.
• Undertaking technical and project tasks along with operational and strategic responsibilities.
• Providing commercial support and administration to projects and/or contracts, including change control management, monitoring performance of its contractual obligations and management of commercial risk.
• Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with colleagues, customers and suppliers to deliver value to the company.
• Supporting continuous improvement of processes, offering a fresh perspective and drawing on your academic knowledge.
• Take accountability for specific projects and their successful delivery.
• Supporting HR-related issues at the site level, including disciplinary matters when required.
• Supporting the Supply Chain function with project work.
• Supporting the Financial Controlling function with forecasting, planning and reporting.

Your profile

• In the Graduate Specialist Programme (GSP), you are in good hands as a technical ace with a good feel for current market developments.
• You can combine your passion for industrial technology and your understanding of market economics.
• Education: Master’s degree in business, supply chain or related.
• A rising star looking for a fulfilling career with commercial potential.
• Software and IT knowledge: Preferably experience or knowledge of SAP or similar ERP system, conversant in Microsoft Office products.
• Has the ability to build effective and strong relationships with cross-functional colleagues, customers and suppliers.
• Is proactive, tenacious, and results-driven.
• Experience and know-how: Challenging industrial internships or initial work experience in a technical environment.
• Soft skills: Excellent communication skills, high level of self-motivation and commitment, enjoys contact with customers and suppliers, enjoys new ideas, goal and result-oriented and a team player.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel at home and abroad.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Computer literate, with sound knowledge of Microsoft packages, especially Excel.
