Position: Static Fabric Technician

Location: Gray’s, RM20

Duration: Permanent

Package: from £37,000 to £39,000

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Fabric Technician for a full time, permanent position on a large static site in Gray’s.

This position is working on a large static site with a teams of building services engineers that include mechanical and electrical engineers.

The right person for this position will already have a strong Commercial Fabric Technician background, being able to deal with carpentry, painting & decorating, plastering, basic plumbing, water testing as well as other maintenance

Due to the nature of this site, we will need this Fabric Technician to work a rotating shift pattern on a 12 hour day (no nights).

Requirements

Strong background in Commercial Maintenance
Based in a short commute to West Thurrock
Holding a level 2 in carpentry or plumbing preferred
Must be able to work a shift pattern
Good team player
Ability to deal with carpentry, plumbing, decorating, water testing etc

Package

Basic salary includes a shift allowance
Pension
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
