We are looking for an experienced Commercial Fabric Technician for a full time, permanent position on a large static site in Gray’s.
This position is working on a large static site with a team of building services engineers that include mechanical and electrical engineers. The right person for this position will already have a strong Commercial Fabric Technician background, being able to deal with carpentry, painting & decorating, plastering, basic plumbing, water testing as well as other maintenance.
Due to the nature of this site, we will need this Fabric Technician to work a rotating shift pattern on a 12 hour day (no nights).
- Strong background in Commercial Maintenance
- Based in a short commute to West Thurrock
- Holding a level 2 in carpentry or plumbing preferred
- Must be able to work a shift pattern
- Good team player
- Ability to deal with carpentry, plumbing, decorating, water testing etc.
