Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Trader with a deep understanding of both centralized exchange (CEX) execution and native on-chain trading across DeFi ecosystems. The ideal candidate combines trading intuition with hands-on experience deploying and managing capital on-chain—whether across DEXs or CEXs. You’ll work directly with the Head of Trading and Engineering to execute, manage, and optimize strategies across our market-making footprint. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for someone who thrives in dynamic markets and understands how to extract alpha while managing risk and inventory efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Actively manage market-making and arbitrage strategies across CEXs and DEXs
- Deploy and rebalance liquidity in concentrated DEX pools
- Contribute to inventory management and maintain risk-balanced positions using delta-neutral, basis, and volatility-informed strategies
- Actively deploy and manage liquidity across AMMs (e.g. Uniswap V3/V4, Raydium, Meteora)
- Execute on-chain trades manually and via bots across multiple chains (Ethereum, Solana, Base, etc.)
- Work closely with engineering to iterate on internal tools, bots, and strategy code
- Identify new trading opportunities across emerging protocols and ecosystems
- Monitor risk and exposure in real-time and respond swiftly to market events
- React to macro events, market flows, and funding imbalances with appropriate risk posture
- Support token launch and liquidity provisioning events in collaboration with clients and partners
Requirements
- 2–5 years experience trading crypto or traditional assets in a professional setting
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and decision-making skills under pressure
- Comfortable writing or modifying scripts (Python preferred) for trading or monitoring
- Understanding of risk frameworks: inventory, counterparty, on-chain slippage, and volatility exposure
- Proven track record managing positions and executing trades across DeFi protocols
- Deep knowledge of DeFi mechanics: AMMs, liquidity pools, perpetuals, staking, yield strategies, MEV
- Self-directed, highly accountable, and operationally disciplined
Nice to Have
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams on trading infrastructure
- Experience with Solidity or interacting with smart contracts directly
- Familiarity with perpetual decentralized exchange protocols
- Background in market microstructure or HFT
- Track open interest, perp skew, rate differentials, and L2 flows to anticipate structural shifts
- Familiarity with on-chain tooling such as Glassnode, Dune Analytics, Etherscan, DEX aggregators, and node/RPC infrastructure
