The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.

This is not your typical in-house marketing role. You’ll shape and lead integrated marketing strategies that bridge the digital world with real-life brand moments. From managing digital performance to hosting intimate showroom dinners with key architects and designers, you will have full ownership of marketing activity designed to drive top-line growth and brand visibility.

You’ll collaborate closely with the founder and lead a small, agile team, while managing external PR and performance marketing agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute high-impact digital campaigns (paid social, search, email) with clear performance and ROI goals
  • Manage and mentor a small in-house marketing team (Content Creator & Social Media Manager)
  • Oversee external PR and performance marketing agencies to ensure strong, consistent brand messaging
  • Plan and host showroom-based experiential events, including private dinners with architects, designers, and developers
  • Attend weekly BD meetings with external partners to support relationship building and lead generation
  • Track, analyse, and optimise key marketing KPIs across all channels
  • Collaborate with the founder on quarterly marketing strategy and creative campaigns
  • Drive brand awareness and inbound business opportunities in an increasingly competitive premium market
What We’re Looking For
  • Someone open to relocate to Dubai, UAE
  • A hybrid marketer — equally strategic and hands-on
  • Experience with both digital performance and event-based marketing
  • Background in B2B or luxury/creative sectors preferred
  • Skilled in managing agencies and internal teams
  • Commercially sharp, with a strong focus on ROI and premium brand positioning
  • Excellent communication skills and confident in client-facing settings
  • Preferably native English speaker or from an English-first language background to align with brand tone
  • Background in design, interiors, architecture, or luxury is a bonus
