We're looking for an experienced Creative Production Manager to lead the in-store and window production for our flagship retail spaces and support international rollout to our partners. This role is crucial in bringing our brand vision to life, managing the end-to-end production of all retail marketing materials with a keen eye for quality, budget, and timelines. This role integrates the Creative, Visual Merchandising, Store Design, and Retail Marketing teams, ensuring every piece reflects our brand's excellence and consistency.
What You'll Do/Responsibilities:
- Lead Production: Oversee the complete lifecycle of in-store and window elements for our flagship store, from concept to installation. This includes managing bespoke, one-off pieces with external suppliers.
- Budget & Schedule Management: Own the production schedule and budget for all assigned projects, providing accurate forecasts, securing vendor estimates, and ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery. You'll proactively manage budgets, report status weekly, and communicate any limitations to leadership.
- Quality Control & Sourcing: Ensure exceptional quality and brand consistency across all print and prop production. This involves approving colours, attending press checks, reviewing prototypes, and collaborating closely with internal and external creative agencies, including our US teams. You'll also be responsible for sourcing new vendors, tendering, and procurement.
- Logistics & Implementation: Strategize and manage fulfilment and shipping, coordinating seamlessly with stores for timely delivery and installation of materials.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the central point of contact for production, attending key status meetings and proactively updating Brand Management, Store Design, Creative, and other relevant departments on project progress.
- Process Improvement: Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for cost savings and enhanced service levels, initiating new procedures and manufacturing ideas.
- Global Support & Guidelines: Develop clear guidelines for international stores to implement global store props and provide expert advice on local production. You'll foster strong relationships with our North American business partners to streamline global sourcing and processes for marketing materials.
