Job Title: Mortgage & Protection Advisor
Location: Bromley BR2
Brand: Mortgage Scout
Salary: Competitive Salary Package (Year 1 OTE – £40,000 to £50,000 per annum, Year 2 onwards OTE £100,000 per annum).
Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 6pm, Saturdays 9:30am to 4:30pm (Saturdays are on a rota, 1 in 4, day off in lieu for working a Saturday).

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high standards of professional advice and recommendations on mortgage and protection products
- Oversee each application through to completion and liaise with administrators and other departments
- Gather sufficient information to identify client’s needs
- Build rapport with clients and follow up on leads
- Ensure all relevant documents have been completed in a timely manner
What are we looking for:
- Be CeMap qualified (level 1,2 or 3)
- Have exceptional communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and clients
- Have a proven track record in achieving and exceeding targets and expectations
- Possess a professional and flexible attitude
- The successful applicant will be subject to a DBS Check
