Youth Worker required for a mainstream secondary school in Tower Hamlets. Responsible for providing behavioural and pastoral support to students. Must have at least 1 year of experience working with young people, ideally in a school setting. Strong behaviour management skills are essential. Team Teach or Physical Intervention training is preferred.
