• Conducting one-to-one or small group sessions with students
• Delivering tuition and booster sessions for pupils with varying abilities or Education, Health, and Care (EHC) Plans
• Facilitating reading sessions and providing support in numeracy and literacy

Qualifications and Attributes:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• A Bachelor\’s Degree (not essential but preferred)
• Experience working with students (e.g., Youth Work, Teaching Assistant, University Ambassador, Graduate Tutor)
• A strong desire to work within an educational setting
