Are you a skilled gas engineer looking for a rewarding role where you can make a difference every day? We’re seeking an experienced professional to carry out gas and wet heating system repairs, servicing, and installations, ensuring safety and comfort for residents across our housing portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out breakdowns, servicing, and new installations of gas and wet heating systems
  • Perform plumbing diagnostics and repairs
  • Adhere to Gas Safe regulations and all health & safety legislation
  • Work collaboratively with planners, service teams, and contractors to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Maintain high first-time fix rates and manage van stock effectively
  • Option to join an on-call rota supporting a 24/7 emergency repairs service
  • Take ownership of personal development, keeping up with industry legislation and technical updates
  • Monitor your own performance to support service improvement and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • ACS Core Safety Assessment – CCN1
  • Combustion Analysis – CPA1
  • Cookers – CKR1
  • Space Heaters – HTR1
  • Central Heating – CEN1
  • DHWSS qualification (unvented hot water systems)
  • Plumbing NVQ Level 2
  • Full valid UK Driving Licence (business van provided)
