Location: Craigavon Hours: 37.5 hours per week Salary: Competitive Business Unit : Pharma Service Open To : Internal & External Applicants Ref No.: HRJOB10732 ㅤ The Role The Commercial Team Leader is tasked with overseeing a team of Relationship Managers, Supply Managers, and Commercial Coordinators, ensuring top-notch management of commercial clients. This role involves recruiting, training, and mentoring staff to achieve high levels of client management and on-time, in-full (OTIF) product supply. The Commercial Team Leader is responsible for managing revenue budgets and client billings, ensuring accurate and prompt charges for all work completed, and including all resources and costs in quotations. They also ensure consistency in project and account management, smooth introduction of new products, and ongoing management of commercial supply and sales order processing. Additionally, the Commercial Team Leader ensures professional and consistent client communication, monitors team performance and workload, and liaises with internal functions to support schedule adherence. They manage client visits, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action points. The role includes agreeing on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with senior management, reporting on client service performance, and maintaining accurate records. The leader also assists in identifying and developing business opportunities within contract manufacturing, packaging, and commercial support. ㅤ Key Requirements Have eligibility to work in the UK OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up full time employment in the UK Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) qualification Previous experience within the Pharmaceutical industry or within a supply chain role Previous experience of managing budgets and revenue streams ㅤ Apply Now Apply online and tailor your CV to outline how you meet the role criteria.
