This is a long-term contract opportunity with our fortune 100 life science client, we have been working with them over 20 years and you will be joining our team of 80+ professionals. This role is based in Massachusetts, Northshore area, and requires someone on-site 4 days/week.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and driven ERP Platform Product Analyst to join our Heart Recovery IT. In this high-impact role, you will act as the right hand to the ERP Platform Owner, helping to lead and evolve our SAP S/4HANA platform in support of Supply Chain and Finance operations. You’ll help shape long-term ERP strategy while ensuring seamless execution of day-to-day operations in a business growing double digits and saving lives every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the ERP Platform Owner to define platform strategy and roadmap across Supply Chain and Finance domains.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and functional designs—while managing scope, value, and delivery.
- Coordinate testing, training, cutovers, and documentation across multiple ERP releases in a regulated MedTech environment.
- Lead day-to-day ERP operations in partnership with support teams, ensuring system reliability, performance, and user satisfaction.
- Maintain alignment with SOX, GRC, GxP and compliance needs; contribute to system validation documentation.
- Act as the ERP representative in cross-functional initiatives and serve as delegate for the Platform Owner when needed.
- Interface with product squads, business users, data teams, and enterprise architects to ensure integration and platform coherence.
- Monitor and report KPIs for ERP performance, backlog health, business impact, and system adoption.
Note: This role works in close partnership with a dedicated Scrum Master. Role will focus on business alignment, functional ownership, and platform performance—not agile process facilitation.
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience working with SAP in a Supply Chain setting, including S/4HANA.
- Understanding of SAP modules such as MM, PP, SD, FI/CO, WM, and QM.
- Strong understanding of ERP processes across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, and how they integrate with Finance.
- Demonstrated experience supporting Finance business processes (e.g., Controlling, Fixed Assets, AP/AR, Costing).
- Proven ability to lead across both strategic platform evolution and day-to-day operational delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills—able to partner with IT, business, and vendors alike.
- Experience in a regulated environment with working knowledge of SOX and GRC requirements.
- Ability to proactively anticipate issues, identify opportunities, and operate independently with minimal direction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or medical device industries.
- Familiarity with Agile and product-based operating models.
