Duties for the Registered Nurse:

– Deliver high-quality nursing care in line with the latest best practices and regulatory requirements

– Collaborate with residents, their families, and the multi-disciplinary team to develop care plans that cater to each resident's unique needs

– Prioritize resident dignity and privacy, while promoting independence and choice

– Oversee medicine management in compliance with legal and professional standards

– Safeguard and promote the welfare of the residents in your care

Registered Nurse Requirements:

– A Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN), with a valid NMC pin

– Strong knowledge of nursing standards and NMC code of practice

– Proven experience in person-centred care planning
