- Reporting to: Camp Manager
- Contract: Seasonal holiday work available, opportunities in Easter, Summer, and Half Term holidays.
- Hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm weekdays. Full-time or part-time roles available. Additional hours for staff with paediatric first aid qualification (usually 8am – 6pm).
Position Summary:
The role of an Activity Instructor is to ensure the welfare and safety of children on camp and to deliver engaging, structured activities. You will deliver activities such as sports, arts and crafts, and games for children aged 6-14, focusing on participation, care, and development. We provide training and support to help you develop skills in childcare.
In addition to leading sessions, staff contribute to the high standards of physical, emotional, and social care. The role involves managing a group of children, maintaining their welfare, and providing quality care.
