The Maintenance Worker will help ensure that all internal and external aspects of the scheme, including the fabric of the building, its furnishings, and equipment, are clean and well maintained to a high standard. Responsibilities include:
- Detailing and working with a planned maintenance programme
- Identifying and acting on any repairs required
- Ensuring the completion of repairs and maintenance activities personally or via contractors
- Collecting and delivering items locally, including repair materials and furniture

About You

- Manage a varied workload and demonstrate good time management skills
