Who are we looking for?

There is no ‘ideal’ candidate for us, and no particular experience is required. Recruitment is a sales role, and while a background in sales could be helpful, it’s not necessary. Our consultants come from diverse backgrounds, including hospitality, construction, call centres, sports, education, the military, and recent graduates. If you demonstrate a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, motivation, drive, resilience, hard work, a desire to succeed, and a good sense of humor, you will succeed with Wayman Recruitment Group.

What would a career at Wayman Education look like?

It’s a meritocracy—your earnings and progression depend entirely on your effort. If you’re not afraid of hard work, you will be rewarded!

1. First Year: Mentoring from a top performer, with potential earnings of £35-50k including commission, and 2 promotions.
2. Second Year: Promotion to Senior Consultant with earnings between £50-65k.
3. Third Year: Leading a small team of 1-3 consultants, earning £65k-80k+, with some aiming for Associate Director level.
4. Fourth Year: Leading a team of 4-8, earning six-figure income, and enrolled in our Leadership and Development Programme.
