We are currently recruiting for an RMN/RGN with continuing healthcare experience to join our client’s team in Notting as a Nurse Assessor. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Nursing care assessments and reviews for patients across all aspects of care
- Timely reviews of all continuing healthcare/nursing care patients
- Liaise with multi-disciplinary members to facilitate continuing healthcare process
- Exercising professional judgement to each case
