Key Holder 8 hrs

We are currently looking to recruit a part-time Key Holder working 8 hours per week, plus overtime when needed. Reporting directly to the Store and Deputy Manager, you will have the autonomy to contribute to the store\’s success. We seek a driven, hard-working individual with experience in high-volume, fast-paced retail. Retail experience in discount stores is a plus but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver an excellent shopping experience for customers
2. Review sales performance and implement measures to increase sales
3. Achieve KPIs and profitability targets
4. Recruit, manage, and motivate staff to meet store objectives
5. Maintain all company standards
6. Ensure health and safety of the store and colleagues
