Join a dynamic, patient-focused healthcare PR agency as a Director on the Senior Leadership Team. You’ll play a key role in shaping the agency’s strategic direction while driving growth across a diverse and exciting global portfolio, including respiratory, cardiovascular, and Alzheimer’s therapy areas.
This is an opportunity to lead multi-market programmes spanning HCP non-promotional, patient advocacy, product communications, and corporate reputation for leading pharma clients. We’re looking for someone passionate, progressive, driven, and who takes pride in producing impactful, creative work that changes lives.
Role & Responsibilities:- Lead and grow senior client relationships across multi-market strategic communications programmes
- Develop and execute integrated PR campaigns that drive meaningful and measurable outcomes
- Own and expand a portfolio of high-profile accounts, ensuring quality and consistency in delivery
- Actively contribute to business development, leveraging your network to win new global/regional work
- Identify and nurture organic growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Provide senior counsel on brand positioning, advocacy, non-promotional HCP engagement, and disease awareness
- Ensure seamless delivery of projects across internal teams, ensuring exceptional organisational and communication standards
- Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and account profitability
- Inspire and mentor internal teams, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and collaboration
- Partner with the SLT and external lead generation teams to accelerate agency growth
- Promote and protect the agency’s cultural values and reputation
- Proven experience at Associate Director level or above in a healthcare PR agency
- Strong track record in business development and growing accounts from the ground up
- Extensive experience managing multi-market campaigns and global client portfolios
- Deep understanding of product comms, corporate strategy, advocacy, and HCP engagement
- Confident leading senior client conversations, resolving challenges, and building long-term partnerships
- Outstanding writing, editing, and messaging skills
- Adept at strategic thinking with the ability to roll up your sleeves to deliver when needed
- Highly organised, with solid budget management and team leadership experience
