Our client, located in Shefford, is seeking two experienced Warehouse Operatives who are passionate about their work, prioritise delivering exceptional service, and are ready to excel in a new role. These positions are available on a temp-to-perm basis.

The role involves heavy lifting and a variety of warehouse tasks, ensuring efficient inventory management and the timely fulfilment of orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inventory accurately, including loading/unloading and order fulfilment.
  • Ensure quality control by inspecting items for damage and defects.
  • Assist with assembly/disassembly of furniture and equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the warehouse.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Previous proven experience in a Warehouse or Production role.
  • Own transport due to location.
  • Physical fitness for heavy lifting and manual tasks.
  • Passionate and enthusiastic about what you do.
  • Strong team player with attention to detail.
  • Exemplary communication skills.
