The Outside Sales Representative position is a vital part of our organization’s growth and client success. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is responsible for generating new business opportunities, supporting the full sales cycle, and helping to ensure seamless onboarding for new clients. This position plays a key role in representing our services to prospective clients, identifying business needs, and delivering tailored solutions that drive value.
The Outside Sales Representative works closely with internal departments to ensure client expectations are met while promoting long-term satisfaction and retention. This professional brings expertise in relationship-building, consultative selling, and market insight to help clients find the right solutions while supporting our organization’s revenue goals.

- Comfort with technology and CRM tools! This individual should be proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel), and comfortable learning CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce, as well as utilizing virtual meeting tools and proposal platforms.
- A positive, professional, and persistent attitude! The Outside Sales Representative must collaborate across departments, remain upbeat in the face of rejection, and represent the company’s brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a client-first mindset.
- Prospect and qualify new B2B leads via cold outreach, networking, referrals, and inbound channels.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and align them with service offerings.
- Deliver compelling product/service presentations and proposals.
- Close new business and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue quotas.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity data in CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Collaborate with operations, client success, and marketing to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitors.
- Support the overall business strategy and represent the company in a professional manner.
- The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of successful B2B experience (service preferred).
- 2-3 years of experience utilizing CRM systems and remote communication tools to manage sales pipelines and client interactions effectively.
- Experience with marketing tools or campaigns is a plus.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a quota-driven environment.
- Experience managing a full sales cycle (from prospecting to closing).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient.
