Main Duties:

• Support a team of professionally trained and in-house trained staff, providing necessary training as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Maintain record keeping, manage costs, staff scheduling, and oversee outside catering and promotional events.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced chefs in a top-ranked Japanese restaurant recognized nationally.

Requirements:

• Experience as a chef in a Japanese-style restaurant.
