Parts Sales Advisor – Commercial Vehicle & Automotive Parts

Location: Tamworth

Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturday half-days

Permanent, Full-time

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in truck and trailer parts – or general automotive parts – who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You\’ll join a collaborative, professional branch team dedicated to delivering efficient and knowledgeable service to trade customers.

What You\’ll Be Doing

• Handling inbound sales calls and converting enquiries into orders
• Sourcing commercial or automotive parts at competitive prices
• Promoting both over-the-counter and delivery sales
• Helping the team meet and exceed branch sales targets
• Managing stock efficiently and accurately
• Building trusted relationships with new and existing customers
• Ensuring all operations are compliant with safety and company procedures

What We\’re Looking For

• Experience in commercial vehicle, truck/trailer, or general automotive parts sales
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A commercially aware, confident approach to pricing and negotiation
• A team player with a positive, hands-on attitude
• Familiarity with stock systems and fast-moving parts environments is beneficial

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• Half-day Saturday working required twice per month (on rotation)
