Job Duties

Operate company vehicles to provide courteous and efficient delivery and pickup of packages.
Check shipments for conformance to FedEx service standards.
Provide coverage for all assigned routes within the station\’s service area.
Perform related customer service functions.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

High school diploma/GED.

Minimum Experience

Six (6) months courier experience preferred. Must demonstrate knowledge of the service area.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ability to lift 50 lbs. or maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs with appropriate equipment and/or assistance. Good human relations and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of the station\’s service area is preferred. Demonstrated skills in adaptability, dependability, and courier methods.

Job Conditions

Neat appearance required due to customer contact. Must meet and maintain qualifications outlined in federal motor carrier safety regulations, including a medical exam in accordance with FMCSA or FAA regulations. Must obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license suitable for the vehicle type and have a good driving record as per policy. This is a safety-sensitive position requiring constant alertness and safe operation.

Availability: Monday – Saturday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

Pay Transparency

Pay: $21.36/hr
