This role would suit Technical or Design Managers with previous residential or mixed-use experience within a similar developer or main contractor. However, experienced Technical and Design Co-ordinators looking for the next step will also be considered for this opportunity if they have worked on all elements and on both traditional build and RC frame projects. A remuneration of up to £78K – £83k plus generous package
