Real Estate Litigation Solicitor – Up to £70,000 salary

The team regularly advises some of the nation\’s largest institutional investors including high-profile retail, construction, energy and infrastructure, and leisure clients as well as owners, developers, and large property management companies. You will be working in a collaborative team on a variety of complex and high-value cases.
The successful candidate will get exposure to a range of diverse matters including telecoms disputes, contested and uncontested business lease renewals, development disputes, rights of light, overage claims, nuisance, restrictive covenant disputes, and property-related professional negligence claims.
The Candidate
- Property Litigation Lawyer with 2+ years post-qualification experience
- Ideally trained or gained experience within a similar national law firm
- Strong commercial acumen and passion for business development
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage a varied caseload
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
