YF are incredibly excited to be partnered with a trailblazing challenger brand who are on a mission to help people eat well and feel great, a brand that is focussed on sustainability and products that are seriously delicious. They are a mission-lead brand promoting clean and natural products, with a zero-waste and planet friendly philosophy and sit across the grocery and D2C channel. Due to exceptional growth, they are looking for a Junior Brand Manager to work closely with the Marketing Director and Senior Brand Manager. This role promises autonomy, growth and the opportunity to create real impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media & Content Creation: Lead the creation of compelling, on-brand content across all social platforms. Maintain a strong online community and ensure all communications align with the brand voice and values.
  • Brand Collaborations & Affiliates: Identify and manage brand partnerships and affiliate programs that align with the company’s ethos and audience.
  • NPD & Packaging: Support new product development and packaging projects, ensuring everything is aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Brand Activations & Events: Play a key role in organising brand activations, trade shows, and events, helping bring the brand to life in engaging, memorable ways.
  • PR & Trend Monitoring: Keep a pulse on industry trends, hot topics, and cultural conversations to feed into content planning and brand strategy.

Key Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in a broad marketing role, ideally within FMCG or a challenger brand.
  • Strong understanding of social media (particularly TikTok and Meta) with a creative flair for content and foodie storytelling.
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing, including paid social and email campaigns.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent project management skills, highly organised and capable of juggling multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Genuine passion for great food, wellness, and sustainability, with alignment to the brand’s mission to reduce plastic waste and champion planet-friendly practices.
