Job Title: Theatre Nurse (Scrub) (Agency) – NHS Ward Shifts

Location: Gloucester

Pay Rate: £22.00 – £45.00 per hour

Contract Type: Full-time or Part-time (Flexible shifts available)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and effective nursing care in accordance with NHS guidelines and policies.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support patient care plans.
• Maintain up-to-date patient records in compliance with professional and legal standards.
• Provide compassionate care, offering support to patients and their families.

Essential Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RGN) qualification with valid NMC registration.
• A minimum of six months of NHS ward experience within the last two years.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
