We have a unique opportunity for a highly experienced and motivated Irish Payroll Associate who wants to be part of this rapidly expanding business, taking on the responsibility for requirements gathering and technical analysis functions to help drive to our goal of ‘Paying the Planet’. All our roles can be performed remotely with occasional visits to the office as requested by your manager.
Role Overview
Our highly motivated and engaged team members are at the heart of our success! This role requires owning and delivering the Ireland payrolls for a range of international clients, working closely with a variety of clients to professionally deliver a quality Ireland payroll service.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Irish Payroll experience.
- Proven track record in payroll delivery and service level management.
- Delivering accurate and compliant Irish payroll processing for a group of assigned clients and payrolls.
- Scheduling and time management to manage and deliver client payrolls against the agreed schedule.
- Escalating issues within the client and iiPay teams to meet and exceed agreed service level agreements.
- Striving for operational excellence to improve systems, processes, and payroll delivery environment.
- Managing and maintaining clear and informative communications to clients, implementation team, and client account managers.
- Developing and maintaining detailed knowledge of statutory processes and legislative deadlines for Ireland.
- Owning or contributing to specific company projects such as improving systems, processes, or functions within the business.
- Managing and resolving client escalations, seeking help and advice where needed.
- Experience in a multi-client payroll environment, managing a diverse range of payrolls and client relationships.
- Competent with all Irish complexities, including different terms and conditions and treatment of elements.
- Calculating payroll adjustments including absences, commissions, bonuses, and other deductions.
- Administration of payroll-related schemes (e.g., Pension, Bike to Work).
- Preparing payroll-related documentation including new hire registration, year-end statements, and salary certificates.
- Fully compliant with all Ireland legislation, statutory monthly and yearly requirements.
- Experienced in working with international clients both small and large (FTSE & Fortune 500).
- Highly motivated and driven professional with excellent communication skills.
- Experience of working within a regulated (ISAE 3402 / SSAE 16) service delivery environment.
- Intermediate to high Excel skills for effective data manipulation.
