Now, we\’re happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Sales Negotiator. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Otley. On Target Earnings of £25,000 to £26,000.

Let\’s talk about the role. It involves

  • Proactively responding to all enquiries face to face, over the telephone and electronically, making appointments and meeting sales targets.
  • Progressing sales through to completion, liaising with all parties.
  • Encouraging potential buyers to have a valuation and to use the Company\’s services to sell their property and arrange their next mortgage.
  • Maintaining regular contact with buyers and obtaining feedback following viewings.

  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Possessing the drive and ability to close a deal.
  • The ability to build and maintain strong and honest relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Able to achieve sales targets.
  • Experience in property is preferable however demonstrating transferable skills will be considered.
