Join the small-but-mighty team at S4S Team! Are you a numbers whizz who thrives on spreadsheets and a good brew? We’re on the lookout for an Accounts Administrator to join our growing Sheffield-based dental recruitment agency. S4S Team supplies locum dental nurses and hygiene therapists to practices across the region, and we’re known for doing it exceptionally well. Built on honesty, integrity, and genuine care for our people, we may be a team of just 7 – but our impact in the dental world is huge.
Why are we hiring? After years of loyal service, one of our fantastic team members is heading off to help launch a new family business. While we’ll miss them dearly, we’re excited to welcome someone new into our close-knit crew.
What you’ll be doing: This role is hands-on, varied, and central to keeping our operations running smoothly. You’ll be an essential part of the team, ensuring both our finances and our day-to-day admin are well looked after. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Processing invoices and reconciling payments
- Managing monthly payrolls (PAYE and self-employed)
- Maintaining accurate financial records using QuickBooks
- Supporting credit control and tracking cashflow
- Handling BACS payments and general bookkeeping
- Responding to client accounts queries in a timely and professional manner
- Sending monthly statements and chasing outstanding payments
- Assisting with budgeting and monthly financial reports
- Keeping things beautifully organised in the finance department
- Carrying out general administrative tasks, including preparing and sending post and mailings
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys variety in their work, and takes pride in being organised, efficient, and proactive.
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:00)
Hybrid working: 3 days in our Sheffield S8 office, 2 days from home
20 days annual leave + bank holidays
An extra day of annual leave for each year of service (up to 25 days)
