Hays Health & Safety is working with a leader in construction based in Lancashire to find a proactive and driven Health & Safety Advisor to join their growing organization.

Reporting to the Health & Safety Manager, you will support the workload and manage Health & Safety documentation, ensuring it is current and high standard.

Candidates should have 12+ months experience in construction health & safety and hold a NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent.

The role includes:

  • Supporting general Health & Safety duties such as RAMS, audits, and toolbox talks
  • Promoting a positive safety culture
  • Ensuring site compliance with legislation and advising stakeholders
  • Analyzing and presenting data for continuous improvement
  • Reviewing risk assessments and audits
  • Identifying trends from site reports

The candidate:

  • At least 12 months experience in construction health & safety
  • NEBOSH General or similar qualification
  • CSCS card is advantageous
