Hays Health & Safety is working with a leader in construction based in Lancashire to find a proactive and driven Health & Safety Advisor to join their growing organization.
Reporting to the Health & Safety Manager, you will support the workload and manage Health & Safety documentation, ensuring it is current and high standard.
Candidates should have 12+ months experience in construction health & safety and hold a NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent.
The role includes:
- Supporting general Health & Safety duties such as RAMS, audits, and toolbox talks
- Promoting a positive safety culture
- Ensuring site compliance with legislation and advising stakeholders
- Analyzing and presenting data for continuous improvement
- Reviewing risk assessments and audits
- Identifying trends from site reports
The candidate:
- At least 12 months experience in construction health & safety
