Looking for a motivated and dependable employee to serve patients at our front desk. This position involves:
- Greeting patients
- Answering and transferring incoming calls to deal with inquiries
- Registering patients according to established protocols
- Assisting patients to complete all necessary forms
- Maintaining stock of office forms and supplies
Must have a high school diploma, knowledge of medical terminology, administrative and clerical procedures, and relevant software applications. Working knowledge of healthcare insurance is preferred.
