A leading accountancy and business advisory firm is seeking a talented IT Service Desk Analyst Apprentice. This firm provides crucial advice and solutions to entrepreneurial organizations navigating today's dynamic business landscape. Working closely with Britain's economic engine—ambitious, high-growth businesses—the firm directly advises owners and management teams, helping them fuel the economy.

The IT Service Desk Analyst will play a pivotal role in maintaining and advancing the firm's IT infrastructure. Reporting to the IT Hub Lead, the successful candidate will assist in delivering IT support across the organization, ensuring the firm's services and applications are fit for the modern market.

Duties

  • Act as the first point of contact for IT support incidents and service requests
  • Record, resolve and escalate support issues to appropriate teams
  • Ensure IT support functions operate within defined KPIs and SLAs
  • Collaborate with various departments to implement new ideas and maintain existing technology
  • Communicate regularly with senior managers, directors, and partners to enhance client service delivery
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and provide additional services to clients

About you

To be an ICT Service Desk Apprentice, you must be a tech enthusiast with 5 GCSEs (ideally A*–C, 4-9) including Maths and English. This 18-month apprenticeship offers a salary of £23,000 per year. You will also receive full training and support from the Just IT Apprenticeship team to increase your skills. Your training will include gaining internationally recognised Level 3 IT qualifications.
