A fantastic role working for the Executive Chairman at an exciting new renewable energy company based in Victoria. Although a start-up, the company is branched off a more established firm, therefore having a good structure in place and already over 160 employees all over the UK with considerable backing from the government and investors.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting primarily the Executive Chairman and occasional assistance to 3 other board members.
- Organising meetings and keeping on top of a busy calendar.
- Liaising with various stakeholders and being an integral part of overall communication.
- Meeting attendance.
- Organising travel, mainly UK-based.
Acting as a key point of contact as the business grows.
Qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years PA/EA experience.
- Ideally a background in the energy sector.
- Detail-oriented, proactive with good people skills.
- Preferably degree-educated.
Salary paying circa – £50-65k. Fridays working from home.
