We’re opening padel courts at 3 Scottish Powerleague clubs this summer, so if you’re an LTA level 2 coach and you’re interested in coaching at Powerleague Paisley, Powerleague Sighthill or Powerleague Portobello, please get in touch!

As a self-employed Padel Coach, you will deliver and train adult and junior groups, ensuring our community receives exceptional coaching. You will provide instruction on a variety of topics such as technique, stroke production and strategy, and be able to adapt your coaching for different levels of players.

You will design and deliver effective padel coaching sessions for individuals and groups, catering to various skill levels. You will be responsible for ensuring and promoting equality of opportunity and recognizing the needs of different groups and individuals, as well as ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all customers.

Requirements:

  • Have and maintain a Level 2 padel coaching qualification and LTA accreditation.
  • Proven experience as a padel coach and a passion for padel.
  • Enthusiastic and engaging personality.
  • Effective communication skills (fluent in English).
  • Good time management skills.
  • Flexibility in working hours.
  • DBS checked.
