About the Role
We are offering a part‑time position within the Universal Offer – Hillingdon Youth Offer. This role covers the entire borough of Hillingdon and runs throughout the year. The work pattern includes evening shifts, afternoon shifts, weekend shifts, and occasional residential work.
About Us
Our Universal team works with children and young people to deliver high‑quality, consistent youth work. We provide locality‑based, detached, outreach, specialist, and accredited programmes across the borough in collaboration with statutory, community, and voluntary sectors. Our services respond to the needs of children and young people, offering safe spaces for development and opportunities that promote personal and social growth.
Key Responsibilities
Support the delivery of high‑quality youth work across the borough of Hillingdon.
Plan, deliver, and evaluate interventions that meet the needs of children and young people.
Work collaboratively with statutory, community, and voluntary sector partners.
Engage with diverse community groups and vulnerable individuals.
Foster positive relationships with children and young people in safe and supportive spaces.
Contribute to the development of personal and social growth opportunities.
