This is a pivotal role in crafting a smooth, high-impact digital experience for customers as the business scales across new markets. About the Role: Take charge of the performance and front-end development of custom Shopify stores, with a view to future international launches. Collaborate with marketing, content, and commercial teams to refine user journeys and boost conversion rates. Drive UX enhancements through data-led A/B testing, landing page development, and design iteration. Manage end-to-end delivery of web projects, ensuring timelines are met and goals are achieved. Contribute to strategic planning around digital growth, including launching new stores and B2B features. What You\’ll Bring: Background in web development, ideally with hands-on experience in Shopify. A well-rounded skillset – comfortable with HTML/CSS, design-savvy, and focused on user experience. Commercial insight – you know how to align digital experiences with business goals. Solid understanding of CRO, user analytics, and A/B testing techniques.
