We’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven HR Coordinator to join a fast-paced, friendly HR team supporting a large, people-focused organisation. This is a key role working across all areas of the HR function, ensuring smooth operations across residential care homes and community services. With a trusted reputation built on care and compliance, this role will suit someone confident on the phone, great with processes, and ready to hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for HR queries via a very busy inbox, resolving and escalating as appropriate
- Support HR operations including contracts, changes to terms, onboarding, compliance, and DBS/right to work checks
- Liaise with home and community service managers around new starters and employment changes
- Coordinate HR processes including COS (Certificate of Sponsorship), immigration compliance, NMC PIN checks, and health declarations
- Maintain accurate employee data and run regular compliance and visa reporting
- Schedule and coordinate HR-related meetings including disciplinaries, grievances, and hearings (notetaking as required)
- Support HR audits, subject access requests and exit interviews
