Food and Beverage Assistant at Cuillin Hills Hotel, a small family-run hotel in Portree, Isle of Skye. The hotel is surrounded by 15 acres of private grounds with views of Scotland\’s landscapes. Responsibilities

• Greeting guests in a warm and friendly manner
• Setting and clearing tables
• Taking Orders
• Running Food and Drinks
• Handling guest inquiries and complaints
• Cash Handling
• Running your own section
• Maintaining High Standards of Hygiene and Health and Safety

Skills / Qualities Required

• Experience is preferred, although full training will be provided
• Passion and a genuine interest in hospitality
• Natural enthusiasm when working within a team and with customers
• Guest focused
• Great attention to detail
• Strong communication
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritise tasks
• Confident working independently
• Ability to follow instructions
