We’re In Digital – one of the UK’s Best Workplaces – is seeking a CRO Manager to lead optimisation strategies for prominent brands. This role involves working with clients such as the Financial Times, The Independent, and Experian.
Responsibilities:
- Lead testing strategies and CRO roadmaps for multiple clients
- Design, run, and evaluate tests using tools like Optimizely, VWO, Piano, or Zephr
- Analyze data with GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, and Adobe Analytics
- Collaborate with developers, UX designers, and strategists
- Develop and coach the CRO team
- Build strong client relationships as a trusted advisor
Qualifications:
- Over 3 years experience in CRO or UX optimization, preferably in an agency
- Experience with testing platforms and data tools, especially GA4
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of experimentation principles
- Excellent communication skills
