Our industry leading investment banking client based in London is looking for a senior roadshow manager to join on a 9 month contract with a view to extend, with a requirement to be in the office 3 days a week. We are looking for someone who has experience in organising roadshows in the fixed income/debt space.
Core accountabilities of role:
- Support Issuer throughout full roadshow lifecycle from conception to completion
- Create, manage and distribute roadshow schedules for deal and non-deal related roadshows (Corporate, EM, HY, FIG, SSA Roadshows)
- Fully support Syndicate desk following all deal-type announcements on Bloomberg. Responsible for:
- Sales announcements for Deal Related Marketing and Non Deal Roadshows
- Direct liaison with Investors
- Meeting coordination/scheduling with Syndicate Desks at Joint Lead Manager (JLMs) for all roadshow types
- Manage daily calendar
- Liaise with Banking for upcoming marketing
- Delegate workload to team
- Provide daily updates to sales
- Complete weekly calendar update for Syndicate
Knowledge, Skill and Experience:
- EXPERIENCE
- Essential: Extensive experience in strategic roadshow planning – minimum 10+ years
- Essential: Extensive experience in roadshow management best practice and tools
- Essential: Extensive and comprehensive experience in roadshow management in the banking sector, preferably in a leading financial institution.
- Essential: Demonstrated ability to deal with strong personalities and at C-suite level
- Preferred: Previous Line Management responsibility
- Preferred: A-level and/or degree level qualification
- Strong roadshow management skills
