We are looking for a JavaScript Developer to join a company that has been a pioneer in delivering data-driven insights to the media and market research industries for over a decade.

The Role:

Our offices are in Trafford Park, Manchester and the role consists of hybrid working, where we like to be in the office for collaboration and team building and work from home whilst doing deep work. As a JavaScript Developer, you will get to deploy your skills on something perhaps a little bit different, working on the software that safely gathers the raw data points that drive our data products. All our software is built with user privacy in mind, and are all strictly opt-in.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Feeding into the design process on recommended architecture
  • Writing application code and tests that conform to standards
  • Collaborating alongside engineering, testing, user experience and other teams

About You:

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript and web application frameworks (such as React, Angular, Vue)
  • Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Ability to use REST APIs, and have a good knowledge of HTTP/S
  • Ability to communicate effectively, and not be afraid to request second opinions
  • An R&D mentality; experimentation and instrumentation are key in our world!
  • Desirable but not essential; a prior knowledge of working on, or with Android and iOS native applications
