The Role
Location: Leeds

We are seeking a CCTV Operator to join our Central Operations team in Leeds. The role involves monitoring our clubs daily and delivering excellent customer service to members. You will join an experienced team with extensive PureGym knowledge. This role is crucial for maintaining the safety of our gyms. Please note: shifts will be on a four days on, four days off schedule, covering days (8am – 8pm) and nights (8pm – 8am).
Key Duties
- Understand and comply with CCTV legislation and policies.
- Provide first-class service using PureGym systems while maintaining security and confidentiality.
- Take ownership of inquiries and resolve them efficiently, upholding a positive company image.
- Work in a fast-paced environment and motivate others.
