Cook/Hospitality All Rounder

Cobbold Gorge Tours is looking for an Experienced cook to join our team to assist with providing the true \”Outback Experience\” for our guests.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting our chef with the preparation, cooking and serving of meals
Prepare and cook modern Australian cuisine
Monitor quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation
Delegate tasks to kitchen staff
Train under a chef and learn to prepare meals and prepare without assistance.
Position requirements:
2+ years’ experience in a similar role
High standard of hygiene & cleanliness.
Calm and happy disposition is essential.
Previous experience working in a remote/regional location desirable.
Strong understanding of food, health and safety practices.
Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time efficiently.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Food Handlers and RSA certificate required.
Position has an immediate start through to early November.
Own accommodation – camper trailer or caravan – preferred
