Caretaker

Responsibilities:

1. Provide effective caretaking services.
2. Inspect and record standards of cleaning and grounds.
3. Ensure all contractors are signed in at the school office and handle their enquiries.
4. Act as a keyholder, unlocking and securing all access points at the start and end of each day.

Requirements:

• Understanding of Health and Safety Regulations, including COSHH and risk assessments, in a school environment.
• Experience in specialist building maintenance within the capacity of a handyperson.
• Experience in keeping work records.
• Ability to undertake caretaking and cleaning duties.
• Ability to prioritize work and manage workload effectively.
