Customer Service Advisors
Location: Central Bristol
Hours:
β 5 days per week, 7.5-hour shifts scheduled between 08:00 and 22:00
β Includes 1 weekend in 4 (on a rolling 4-week rota)
Pay: Β£12.60 per hour
Start Date: 14th July
Duration: Until 29th September 2025

You will provide outstanding customer service during a busy peak period to a clientele which will have all manner of enquiries. What You\βll Be Doing:
β Responding to customers via live webchat
β Answering multiple inbound calls, fielding a variety of enquiries
β Updating customer records and systems accurately
β Collaborating with different departments across the business
β Managing multiple computer systems and screens
β Handling a wide range of queries β from invoices and accommodation to welfare and facility-related calls
What We\βre Looking For:
β Previous experience in a customer service, hospitality or retail role
β Excellent communication skills β both written and verbal
β An empathetic ear and active listening skills
β Ability to multitask and navigate systems confidently
β Call centre experience is a bonus, but not essential
Multiple positions available with commitment required for the duration of the assignment β until 29th September. Full, in-depth training is provided at the start of the assignment.
