Traditions Home Health Services is seeking confident, compassionate, skilled, and professional licensed CNAs for our 7-day live-in program. Our program is in high demand, and we aim to hire the best experienced licensed CNAs. Our goal is to provide clients with purpose, dignity, joy, and outstanding compassionate care to help them remain in their own homes.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing companionship and conversation
- Assisting with exercise, walking, and ROM exercises
- Supporting household tasks, including laundry
- Preparing fresh, nutritious, home-cooked meals according to the client’s diet plan
- Reminding clients about medications and appointments
- Providing transportation to outings, errands, and appointments in the CNA’s vehicle
- Assisting with grooming, bathing, toileting, and incontinence care
- Engaging clients in fun, stimulating activities to create joyful moments
- Documenting shift activities digitally via smartphone
- Reporting concerns to the Traditions Home Health Services Office Support Team promptly
Vacation time is granted every 4 months in 7-day increments.
